Kjw is a good brand if you're on a low budget. If you have a decent amount of money get a high quality brand like Tokyo Murai.

What is a very powerful and accurate airsoft gun?
ANY airsoft gun can be powerful and accurate. If you want a powerful AEG, just change the spring into a stronger one and you probably need to change the motor to a stronger one, too. If you want a powerful GBB/GBBR, change the gas you use with a stronger gas (i.e. Black Gas/Red Gas/CO2 cartridge) and you should change the valve too. Accuracy depends on the length and the diameter of the inner barrel. Longer and tighter inner barrel increase the accuracy. But if you want a powerfull and accurate AEG out of the box, choose Jing Gong (I recommend M4S-System) for AEG or KJW GBBR (I recommend M4 series) for GBB Rifle. Really powerful and accurate airsoft guns require a complex tuning or special gas systems. Anyway price tag will be really high for this gun - more than 1500$. Also, heavily tuned guns tend to break more often. (I mean more than 160 meters per second for AEG and more than 210 for gas/spring)

A sniper needs to be as quick and accurate as possible on the field. Every shot must count. To achieve that, beyond being in an excellent physical shape, you will want a lighter gear than the regular assaulter. Last but not least, you'll prefer precision tools. A cheap electric smg might be light on the budget but won't help much because this kind of toys are poorly crafted and they lack any aftermarket parts whatsoever. The best side-arm for your role would be a gas pistol with an adjustable hop-up. Try KJW, KWA Glocks and M9s.
