depending on the year, im guessing you have the 7 bolt engine. all 7 bolt engines are known for crankwalk its called. it causes lagging and hesitation off the line and when you punch the gas pedal.

There is no difference. Both the Neon and Eagle Talon ESI share the same 420A motor.
tsi is for turbo I belive. Mine is a non turbo esi.
It is in the fuse/relay box, in the hood compartment.
about 195 if a 5 speed and 186 to 190 if its an automatic
Should be a 4 speed.
