He doesn't. He notices that she is pretty fresh-looking for a corpse, but does not make the connection which would lead him to conclude that she might not actually be dead. He is so determined on his course of self-annihilation that he does not think about what he sees.
"Then I defy you, stars!" He immediately makes plans to go to Verona even at peril of his life.
Romeo finds Juliet's body in her bedroom after she has taken a potion that makes her appear dead.
It incites Romeo into killing Tybalt. The death of Tybalt not only get Romeo banished but makes it very unlikely that Lady Capulet will ever accept his marriage to Juliet. She would certainly have Romeo killed if she knew (she is planning to kill him anyway).
Alfa Romeo makes their own cars.
Juliet's death was in the final act of the play -- after the death of Romeo. Juliet takes a potion that sends her into a deep sleep and makes her appear dead. When romeo finds her, he thinks she is dead and drinks poision. Juliet wakes up from her sleep and finds romeo dead beside her. Could you rephrase this question please? It makes no sense as it stands.
You can include the quote - just not the quotation marks. You could post a question similar to...Who said Romeo Romeo where for art thou Romeo - even without the quotes and other punctuation marks, it still makes sense.
Your question makes no sense.
Friar Laurence tells Romeo that the Prince has banished him instead of sentencing him to death. He also advises Romeo to go to Mantua and wait for things to cool down before returning to Verona.

Your question is a bit vague, but at the Capulet's house near the beginning of the play, Romeo (a Montague) comes to their party. Tybalt is engraged by his presense and later seeks revenge on Romeo by attacking him and provoking him to fight. Mercutio (Romeo's friend) then starts to fight Tybalt so he will stop attacking Romeo and Mercutio is stabbed by Tybalt. This then makes Romeo angry and Romeo ends up killing Tybalt for revenge.
