Ordinary bikes have a riding position that's either upright or leaning forward, while recumbents have a reclining riding position, some to the point of almost putting the rider on his back. Usually they're heavier than ordinary bikes, but also offer less wind resistance. The weight and the limited ability for the rider to move his body around makes them less suited for climbs and technically challenging rides, while the lower wind resistance makes them an excellent choice for flat rides.
A three wheel recumbent bicycle is one that has three wheels rather than two and has the rider placed in a reclined position. Not only is the reclined position more comfortable, it is also provides an aerodynamic edge.

There is no title for a bicycle.
It's a wheel that uses a certain kind of rim and a certain kind of tire that lets it get away w/o using an inner tube. Main advantage is that the rider can use a lower tire pressure (which leads to better traction) w/o getting flats

Oh, there are plenty. Question can't be answered unti you specify under which conditions you want the record: - unassisted, over one hour, on something like a "standard" road bike - unassisted in a human powered vehicle (a recumbent with a streamlined body) - unassisted, downhill - riding in the wake of a pace car etc etc

This question isn't specific enough to answer. What kind of bearings? What application? What do you mean by "best"? Most waterproof, most heat resistant? The answer will be different for a boat trailer, bicycle or race car.
