Well, you see a good friend could be a friend that cares about you, they could be fun to be around, or both. A friend is someone who hangs out with you and they are someone to talk to. So in order to make a friend a good friend, you should hang out with them, go to fun places, care about them, pretty much you need to be a good friend in order to make your friend be a good friend and I hope I helped! :D

∙ 15y agoin my opinion, a good friend is always at your side and it is the person who's always comforting you. but sometimes, the people you so called ''FRIENDS'' are not really your friend. they just want to be your friend because maybe, you're popular at school and they also want to be famous or because you're rich. you should find a friend not in the ouside but on the inside. who knows? maybe the good friend that you're finding may just be in your school. and also, never forget to learn to know others even more because it is where you will learn their true identities.

∙ 11y agoit actually depends how you are to them and how you act or talk to them and what you do to them but be a great friend you should positively sure that your 100% honest and that you are never leaving your friends side when he/she is in trouble and that you you should always have a friend that you trust.

Hmm.... =S I would probably choose dependable. If i had told a friend a secret i would want to be able to depend on them. My reason is that I would want a friend who i could go to in a time of need and be able to tell them anything =]^ i agree with this answer. If you have a friend who you depend on, you may find other qualities in them, or just accept them as they are. You have to remember that a friend is someone who you can accept for who they are, so it doesnt matter if they're dumb or lame, just make sure they are a GOOD friend, and the main factor, make sure you TRUST them!
