Copper(II) sulfate [also called - cupric sulfate or copper sulphate] has the chemical formula CuSO4.

That means it is made of Copper (Cu), Sulphur (S) and Oxygen (O)

It is also found with adsorbed water (hydrated) which means that you could ad Hydrogen (H) to the mix.
