High definition television is better than the standard picture because it offers a more clear and sharper image in the picture. High definition also has a much higher screen resolution.
The picture is much better, you can see the news readers eye lashes.
High Standard
The benefits of High Definition (HD) video are that it primarily has a better picture than a Standard Definition video would. Therefore, you are likely to see more detail with a high definition video than you would if you were to watch it in the standard version.
HDTV stands for high definition television, which means that the quality of the picture coming from the television is of better quality than a regular standard television.
Yes. On a standard tv the picture isn't very good. Wheras on a hd television the image will be sharper and clearer.

High Definition, a better, sharper more detailed picture. (HDTV).
I do. It works faster and better, and it makes you high (if you're on a high dose).
PICTURE THIS Some of these hsm fans don't even what this movie even is.
Unfortunately, it doesn't. A DVD is a standard definition video source with either 480 or 576 lines of information in the picture. Playing a standard definition video source on high definition equipment does NOT make it high definition. Some players are capable of up-scaling an SD image into an HD format. Sometimes, the resulting image may look marginally smoother but you need to accept that no additional detail is in the picture.
If it has the correct connectors, yes, but the picture won't be much better. The picture will not be any better than the weakest link in the chain. In this case the decoder and the TV.
