- to much use of curling irons, or straighteners, or other irons
- dying hair to much (ESPECIALLY BLEACHING!)

- straightening or curling hair when its wet
and many more things. to keep hair moisturized, do weekly hot oil treatments, and get a shampoo and conditioner that is good for repairing damaged hair. i really like panteen products.
