Volcanic activity.
Hot springs are geysers that are heated geothermally. This means the groundwater is heated from deep underneath the crust of the Earth.Geo-thermal heat. Or Heat generated from with-in the earth. The source of heat for most hot springs is cooling igneous rock. (pg 138) Earth Science, Tarbuck 12th edition.
Heat from a hot springs could kill if the temperature was high enough. Hot springs are created by water running underground near a sealed magma chamber so their temperature is fairly constant. So depending on how much water, and the proximity of the magma would determine the temperature of the hot springs.
magma (A+)
underground heat such as magma , hot springs, and geysers
Heat makes things hot.
It makes it hot and dry.
A type of arches that lives in ocean vents and hot springs
Hot springs have thermal energy, which is a form of geothermal energy resulting from the Earth's heat. This energy warms up the water in hot springs, making them suitable for bathing and relaxation. Some hot springs are even used to generate electricity through geothermal power plants.
Heat is a form of energy that makes things hot.
It comes from a heat source (lava chamber) that is below the surface of the earth In the chamber: hot rock or magma

the heat in outer space makes it shine and be hot
