The sun is a larger burning ball of mostly hydrogen while the moon is considered a satellite. The sun produces light while the moon is actually very dark, with the surface being similar to coal. The light you see from the moon is actually sun light being reflected off of it.
Go to the moon, then the sun, you will soon find out.
The Sun is a Star, the Moon is just a rock
The different shapes of the moon are caused by its position relative to the Earth and the Sun. As the moon orbits the Earth, the amount of sunlight that reflects off its surface changes, creating the different phases we see from Earth.
Reflection of the sun.
Right in front of the Sun. The brightness of the Sun makes it difficult to see the Moon.
The changing shape of the moon in the sky is caused by its position relative to the Earth and the Sun. As the moon orbits the Earth, different portions of its illuminated surface are visible from our perspective, creating the appearance of different moon phases.
It is the reflection of the sun's light on the moon that makes it visible to us here on Earth.
the sun's rays
jesus the sun rotates when the moon ins in front of it !
The Moon appears to wax and wane as seen from Earth due to its changing position relative to the Sun. When the Moon is between the Earth and the Sun, we see the illuminated side (waxing). When the Earth is between the Moon and the Sun, we see the shadowed side (waning).
to use ur eyes wow really -.-..... Light emitted by the Sun is reflected to Earth by the Moon's surface.
A lunar eclipse happens when the earth is between the moon and the sun. The sun's shadow makes the moon look red.
