A bad bearing is one problem. A bent rim can do that. Or, of you have ever been in any situation that would cause the frame to bend; a wreck, driving into a ditch, hitting a curb too hard, all of these things can cause this. You can fix any of the above except frame damage. Once frame damage occurrs, its almost impossible to fix, unless you want to take the car apart back down to the frame, then have someone fix it.

Swap rear tires from right to left, see if the wobble changes sides. If the wobble changed sides you have a bent rim or a bad tire. If the wobble didn't change sides you have a bent axle or hub.

You have a damaged tire. Try rotating the front tires with the rear tires to see if the wobble switches to the back.
the bushings on the lower and upper control arms or "links" need to be replaced. This wobble is called the death wobble and is common on all pathfinders.
