When you are eating, you don't have to have a huge portion to fill you up. You can quite easily have something small, which is also good if you want to eat less or dieting.

When your eating, take very small bits/ amounts, when you are chewing you will realise you chew at almost the same pace as when you have a larger portion in your mouth. Still with me? Because you are taking such small bites, it may feel like you are chewing more than what you actually have on your plate, so you can have your small portion sized meal but by taking smaller amounts when eating you will feel more full.
