You could getn really good virus, spyware, protection for your computer. or, you could(on windows) go to start, run, (type in cmd). then in box that pops up, net config server//hidden:yes . this will make your computer invisible on any network

It's impossible to have your computer be completely invisible to hackers. You can keep them from getting by having a firewall. You can download many free firewalls online, or if you have a router, most have one built in by default.
