Well remember that black goes with anything so what i suggest is some sort of smokey eye look. It can be any color, a purple smokey look is pretty with black.
1: put a base or primer on your eye (creamy white or ivory colored eye shadow)
2: Lightly put a light shade of purple on-top of the base
3: high light the brow bone with a shimmery light silvery gold eyeshadow
4: blend a somewhat light to dark shade of purple on the eye lid (not too dark a shade but not too light a shade)
5: then, in the crease of your eye blend in a dark shade of purple, be careful not to get it on the eye lid it self.
6: take a black or dark brown eye liner and line the lash line, it doesn't have to be perfect
7: lightly smudge the liner into your lashes as much as you can (try to use an angled brush for this)
8: Coat your eyelashes with mascara, put eye liner on the bottom lashes if you want. Personally i don't advice it seeing as this purple smokey eye is already dramatic.

almond, hazel,caramel and other pinkish browns are a great choice in lips for you! a soft grey is great for the eyes! especially when paired with a rosy pink lip color. reds are also good for lips. because of our darker complextion red makes us pop! work these tips ok? good luck
