Yes cos even if it is made for skating, Supra also aimed for it to be used for Fashion and everyday use. And from what I heard the material in the Supra Skytop isn't that durable. If you wanna skate using Supra, then I suggest you buy yourself the TUF Skytops or any product from the Supra TUF, It lasts longer than your average Supra shoe and it's more durable and has better material. Plus I really think Supra is better off for fashion use, so yeah man go ahead use the Skytops even if you don't skate and if people start hating on you cos you wear them but you don't skate then nevermind them, it's only your personal preference I just wanted to say great answer..I myself have a number of Supra Skytops and i have never skated. Not only that but i have worn skate gear from sneaks to accessories all my life and again i have never skated..It applies to every scenario, you can when rock apparel and not be in a band so wear them of course, they are AWESOME sneaks and really comfortable..
