Pretty much all of them; some of them had more serious diseases than others, of course. The Roosevelts come to mind: Theodore was sickly as a child (but got better) and Franklin was paralyzed from the waist down for his entire presidency.
You need to go to your local health department and be tested (or your doctor). Do not live with the uncertainty.
Presidents try to keep their health problems hidden lest the people lose confidence in their ability to govern and most people suffer from something especially by the time they are old enough to be president, but I'll mention a few presidential ailments. John Adams had gunmdisease and lost all of his teeth. Jackson not only had TB, but suffered from a serious gun shot wound that he took in his chest long before he was president. Taylor and Harding both died suddenly while they were in office. Eisenhower and Clinton both had heart disease. Polk was always sickly and had intestinal problems. Wilson had chronic indigestion and then had a serious stroke during his second term Cleveland had chronic kidney disease and cancer of the mouth. FDR had arterial blockage which led to a stroke that killed him. Kennedy had chronic back pain and was addicted to pain killers. Coolidge had some mysterious disease that sapped his energy and killed him soon after he left office.

The disorder you are describing is known as illness anxiety disorder, formerly referred to as hypochondriasis. Individuals with this condition are excessively worried about having a serious illness, often misinterpreting normal bodily sensations as signs of disease. Despite reassurances from healthcare professionals, their anxiety persists, leading to significant distress and impairment in daily functioning. Treatment typically involves cognitive behavioral therapy and sometimes medication to address anxiety symptoms.
That is called a somatic symptom disorder or hypochondria, where a person has intense anxiety about their health and excessively worries about having a serious medical condition despite reassurance from doctors.
