You need a map that centers on the South Pole, with Antarctica at its center.
Depending on what you want to explore, you can find an atlas -- flat map, or a globe that shows the curvature of the planet, or you may be able to find sonar or other types of sub-ice maps that may reveal what you want.
I think a Gnomonic Projection would best show Antarctica since the projection focuses on the poles.
