Any makeup that has water as the first ingredient will be best for your skin. Additionally, any makeup that uses certified organic or botanical ingredients will be better for your skin health than makeups that do not.
The main problem people have with their skin is dehydration. This is due to using cosmetics with alcohol as one of the first five ingredients. Alcohol dries out your face and hair. Water will not.
I myself recommend Boots Botanical makeup.
