Veal is healthier, from the point of view that it has less fat. However it is less ethical, since what you are eating is a calf that has been locked in a small room all it's life. I'm not saying don't eat pink veal, which is free-range and ethically not too bad, but white veal is very controversial because it is very unethical how they raise and kill the animals.
