There is no medicine to take when you miscarry. If you are in the first trimester you can go to thedoctor while or after you are bleeding. Either way you need to be checked out afterwards. There is nothing they can do this early. If it's later on the pregnancy, past 20 weeks, you goto the ER. They might still be able to stop it then.
