Well, depends on the man. Depends on the woman. In GENERAL I think men prefer a woman that can be classy enough to impress the family or work crew, but also kick back and have a beer, burp even, at a relaxed house party. She needs to let her man be comfortable and not nag him about things. She needs to try to understand him and encourage him to he the best person he can. She needs to have her own friends. She needs to be trusting and trustworthy.
