Organic mental diseases are diseases which originate due to an "organic" factor like alcohol, a metabolic disorder or aging. The thing is that there is no such term as 'inorganic mental disease'. I think that the term is meant to differentiate between mental illness that is part of a disease process like Alzheimer's from more 'natural' conditions (why alcohol is considered natural seems to me to be debatable.).
