trial-and-error
there is no such thing as NON-inertia. if something is moving it'll keep moving until something stops it. and if something is still it'll stay still until something makes it move. everything living or non living has inertia.
I see by other answers to similar questions the word Inertia used. Noone seems to have explained just what inertia is. It is the reluctance of any object to change what it is doing. So if an object is at rest then it will stay at rest until something moves it. The same with an object that is moving which will continue to do so until something stops it. It is often spoken of an object moving in a straight line, this is of course if there is no air to slow it down and cause it to fall to the ground. I wish people would be more explicit when giving their answers.
You can predict its motion until some force acts on it.
It will not until an unbalanced force acts on it. Another force is used against it creating an equal and opposite reaction.(Newton's Third Law)
An object at rest will tend to stay at rest and an object in motion will tend to stay in motion until an exterbal force acts on it is called INERTIA.

To divide decimals the partial sums method requires that numbers are separated into individual portions. The separated numbers are then solved in long division until eliminated.
An example of extensive subsistence agriculture is shifting cultivation, also known as slash-and-burn agriculture. This involves clearing land, growing crops for a few years until the soil is depleted, and then moving to a new area. This method is commonly used in tropical regions with nutrient-poor soils.
Momentum.
an object that is moving will keep moving until something stops it
Moving is when something is in motion and it remains in motion until an immovable force stops it. On the other hand when something is still then it is considered as not moving.

... continue to do that, until a force is exerted on it.
