A dog might dig up an owner's flower's bed and make the owner say no, bad dog. Also a dog could poop or pee on the owner's brand new carpet and make the owner say no, bad dog. One last thing that could make a dog's owner say no to them is if the dog and there owner was on a walk and the dog ran so fast the owner couldn't catch up and the dog would run off into mischief. I know if it was my dog I would scream no a lot then say sorry to him/her later on. Too bad I don't even have a dog!!!
When the owner say "Dog you out" they want the dog to go outside, or out of the room that they are not supose to be in or the owner is in there and does not want the dog in that room. That is why the owner or someone will say "Dog you out"
A dog may not recognize its owner due to factors such as changes in appearance, scent, or behavior of the owner, or if the dog is experiencing health issues affecting its senses.
If the dog's owner has a boat then you could say the dog has a sea man.
i would say a pug

The dog might have a tender spot from an injury or, if it had a previous owner who abused it, the dog could be anticipating being hit and not petted.
It dpends on who you are. Some people might say yes and others might say no.
that at least 1 dog gets abused but if they are in a pack they all might get abused because they have the same owner
A dog owner is commonly referred to as a "pet parent" or simply as a "dog owner."
the would grab their water bowl and tap the owner on the head with it and they would say if they were like a littler dog "excuse me... uhh me water bowl is like empty and i would like to have some more" and the owner would say "jeeze dog you scared me i was trying to sleep you know?"
The dog owner is responsible for his dog so you can sue the owner
