You might have weakened the bolt, causing it to shear when you run the engine

lug nuts were not tightened/torqued correctly. I had this happen to me with my jeep i hand tightened them and forgot to go back and torque them.

I had this happen on mine. It means the fuel cap was not tightened correctly. Apparently if the seal is not right too much air gets in the tank and trips the light. Ours went off by itself after the cap was tightened
You end up with a sloppy fit between the bearings and the crankshaft.
The crankshaft and connecting rods will start slamming into the pool of oil. You don't want that to happen.
