that's so obvious! Saturn is too far away from the sun and just look at it! it's a cold desert! it implies,if earth is too far away from the sun,temperatures will get very very cold,all things on earth will get frozen solid(all living things will die due to freezing,all metals and other matter will get frozen) and earth will eventually become a cold desert too. the different gases present on earth may also lead to explosions to to rapid contraction and pressure differences caused from the cold temperature.

if a HUGE meteor gives such a big knock life on earth will be destroyed.........the gravitational pull or say balance maintained between the planets would be disturbed.....it may even cause collision of planets!
