Maybe he wants to show off that he can have two girls (did have, could have etc) He wants you to feel jealous? to get you ti ask him out? Try talking to him to get it straightened out and maybe you can come with a sulloution for all of it (the cheating. Will he tell his girlfriend, call it off with you, go out with you and dump his girlfriend)
