Some people would argue that creation is the theme for Genesis. They forget that Genesis houses the stories of the first people on the earth and the expansion of the human race.

Questions like these come down to personal opinion. One might argue that it was a need, where one might argue it was a greed. There is no "correct" answer.
What the author might have thought was the theme in the story.
That is a question more for discussion than a simple 'yes' or 'no'. There are arguments for both sides. New Zealand is a beautiful country with spectacular natural scenery and unusual natural attractions of its own, to attract both young and old. It also has plenty to offer the "extreme" adventurer. Theme parks can be built anywhere. Some might argue: why spoil New Zealand's natural beauty with man-made attractions? Others might argue that theme parks would help bring in more tourist dollars. It might provide a better balance for a variety of tourist packages and holidays, to cater for those who like a mixture of fun, wild rides, and glorious natural vistas.

There is a theme, that is maybe a melody or a rhytmical theme, and then there might be "tail" after it that has something to do with the theme but isn't anymore part of the theme. After the tail there might be a start of something new in the piece of music
