There has been rumors that AT&T is to buy out T Mobile and incorporate it's customers into their network, but I am unsure as to whether or not Virgin Mobile customers would transfer over to Go Phone services.
T Mobile does not in fact carry the Motorola Q. The phone that T Mobile does actually carry that is similar to the Motorola Q is the phone known as the Dash.

I am very sure you can get the kyocera phone through T mobile. They usually carry alot of different plans, and if they dont carry it, they can always flash the phone.
