I am guessing you are referring to the movie Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift.
That particular Rx-7 is a 1992-2002 year model Rx-7. The reason it does not look like it is because the body is modified by a kit from Veilside. This body kit transforms the car into something completely different and unique but it comes at a cost; around $ 12,000 US.
