A hemi engine has a hemispherical combustion chamber. to convert it into a cummins you need a regular combustion chamber. Also in a diesel engine has no spark plugs. you would need a diesel conversion kit.
Mods are cool things, that change the game. Some are full conversions, others are just custom maps.

you will need a computer and all the wiring to go with it, electric fuel pump in the tank and a return fuel line.
Yes, you can by doing these things, you can include new items, modded weapons, characters, enemies, models, textures, levels, story lines, music, money, armor, life and game modes. There can be single-player or multiplayer. Mods that add new content to the underlying game are often called partial conversions, while mods that create an entirely new game are called total conversions and mods that fix bugs only are called unofficial patches.
No you cant a diesal is to big Correction: The Banks Sidewinder Dakota has a 5.9 Cummins, but for a regular application the 4BT 3.9L 4 cyl Cummins could probably fit just fine. Some minor mods and 200 - 300 HP and 20 - 25 mpg is very realistic from one.
