I might be wrong, but it might be March of 1997 when strange looking lights were in the sky. The lights would come on one by one forming a giant disc in the sky. But since it was night the object couldn't be seen only the lights around it. This happened a lot of times in 97 and years beyond. The military says that they were flares. I disagree the lights were going off and one one by one forming a perfect disc in the sky. This whole incident was caught on tape. And flares leave mostly smoke in the sky the strange lights did not.
