Titan, Saturn's largest moon, is the only moon in our solar system with its own atmosphere. It (and Jupiter's Ganymede) are both larger than Mercury. I believe the surface gravity on each is less than that of Mercury, however. Not absolutely certain of this.
I saw Titan for the first time earlier this year, through our astronomy club's new 14" telescope.
That it is Saturn's biggest moon and it has an atmosphere.
mars is obviously larger than our moon not Mercury
Titan is a moon of Saturn, not Neptune. Titan is larger than Mercury. Triton, the largest moon of Neptune, is smaller than Mercury.
It is larger than the planet Mercury.
Titan is larger than Mercury, but Titan is a moon, not a planet.
Mercury is larger. size of Mercury: 4879 km size of Earth's Moon: 3475 km
No. Mercury has a much larger core than the moon does.
Mercury is almost the same size as the Moon. The Moon is smaller than Earth. Mercury is then smaller than Earth.
Mercury is larger than the moon and so is closer in size to Earth than the moon is. It should be noted that Mercury is closer in size to the moon than it is to Earth.
The two Jovian planet satellites that are larger in size than mercury are Ganymede and Titan. Ganymede is the moon of Jupiter and Titan is the moon of Saturn.
yes
Jupiter has more than 60 moons. Ganymede is the largest and it's diameter is 5,262 km (3,268 mi). The second largest moon is Callisto with a diameter of 4,806 km. Mercury's diameter is about 4,880 km.
