Unfortunately there are a couple of details about this question that I must convey. First, be aware that replacing the motherboard of a laptop is not something that the typical end-user should be doing himself. This is not classified as a "Customer Replaceable Unit" (also known as a CRU in Lenovo's and IBM's terminology). Instead, this is something to be replaced by a Lenovo Certified Service Technician, especially if you wish to have any attempt at keeping any remaining warranty coverage.

Now having said all this, there are a total of 18 different FRUs (Field Replaceable Units, their term for system parts) for that machine, so without seeing the machine and what FRU number is on the motherboard in question, there is no way for me to tell you which would be the correct one for your unit.

My advice would be to take it to a professional service technician--ideally one who is certified by Lenovo. If you are in the northeast Kansas area, I would be glad to do that for you through my company as I am certified.

Feel free to send me a message if I can help you further or if you are in my service area and would like for me to help you professionally.
