The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
In the state of Georgia all motor vehicles operated on the street. (aka vehicles requiring a licence plate) require a vehicle title. A ATV is not a registered vehicle. I have never seen a ATV with a title.
Motor homes which are fitted in small truck or light motor vehicles need no special licence. For driving the motor-homes or RVs which are on heavy motor vehicle will need heavy vehicle driving licence
There is no one answer, other than to contact the Dept of Motor Vehicles where you live. Some areas you can renew on line, some require you to appear in person, take a vision test, etc.
No you cannot drive at all without a licence. If you drive any motor vehicle without a licence you will have your future licence application denied, probably for several years.
As far as federal regulations go, no. However, some states have a 'chauffeur's licence' or special class of licence they require taxi drivers, limo drivers, etc. to have. You would need to inquire with your state's Department of Motor Vehicles to determine if this is the case with your state or not.
No. Motor homes are exempted from CDL requirements (for better or worse). Some states, however, may require residents to obtain a non-commercial equivalent licence (Class A or B) for non-commercial vehicles matching the weight requirements for the equivalent CDL licence.
No. Motor homes are dangerously unregulated in this regard. Along with emergency vehicles, registered farm use vehicles, and military vehicles operated by military personnel, motor homes are exempt from CDL requirements, and states are given individual jurisdiction to determine their own licencing requirements. Some states may allow you to operate a large motor home on the same class of licence you would need to operate a passenger car. Some states may require non-CDL equivalents to the Class A, B, and C CDL licences.
This is a question we get frequently. The short answer is none. This is for two reasons. The first reason is that you can only be issued a licence by your state of residence. If you're a resident of Tennessee, you can only be issued a licence by the state of Tennessee. The second reason is that the DMV agencies from each state share information with each other - thus, any DMV you go to will know your licence is suspended and will not issue you one while that suspension is active. Even if it were possible, you still wouldn't be allowed to drive in Tennessee - when your licence was suspended, so was your driving privilege, meaning you can't drive a motor vehicle in the state of Tennessee on any licence.
There may be a place where their term for a fishing licence is CDL. However, a CDL, in terms of drivers licences, does not serve as a licence for fishing or anything else not involving the on-road operation of motor vehicles.
Check with your local Department of Motor vehicles. Most states require a special license to drive commercial vehicles. Some examples of commercial vehicles include buses, and semis.
To register a car take a trip to a local DMV. The department of motor vehicles will require a fee, which may vary on price, depending on the state the owner resides.
