you cant catch golem in ruby the only way to get golem is to trade a graveler. after trade when you get graveler it evolves into golem same with kadabra. trade that it evolves into alakazam

I am not sure if there compatible but who ever his the female Pokemon the baby will be the preevolution of that Pokemon unless it doesn't have a preevolution and it will have the fathers TM moves as long as the baby can learn those moves.
