He had a small part in Clowning around, he played an orphan clown. He was not mentioned in the credits.
In "The Patriot" Heath Ledger played Gabriel Martin.
I'm 99.9% that it was "10 Things I Hate About You" with Julia Stiles (in America, anyway). ANSWER Actually Heath Ledger's first film ever was "Clowing Around" in which he played the part of the Orphan Clown. Heath was not mentioned in the credits for this film. His first film when he was mentioned in the credits was "Blackrock" in which he played Tony. It is ironic that Heath's first and last movies he played the part of a clown.
After Heath Ledger passed away, the script was altered slightly. Heath Ledger's part in the film is still going to be included, but for the rest of the film he is going to be filled in by Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell.
At the time Heath Ledger was playing the part of the Joker he was going through a great depression due to not being able to see his daughter Matilda Rose. Heath started to act as though he was actually the Joker to escape reality. Heath even started to write a diary in the Joker's perspective.
Heath Ledger's kangaroo was named Matilda. He adopted her while filming in Australia, and she became a notable part of his life. Matilda was known for her playful nature and companionship during his time in the country.
as far as i know he never did. (i'm like...98% sure)
Yes, Heath Ledger spent part of his childhood in the suburb of High Wycombe, which is located in Western Australia. He moved there with his family when he was young, and the area played a role in shaping his early life before he pursued his acting career. Ledger later moved to Perth and then to the United States to further his ambitions in film.
yes, in ten things I hate about you he did sing some part of it, i beleive.
Yes, he did. Heath Ledger played the part of "The Joker" in The Dark Knight. He died from an accidental toxic combination of prescription drugs just a few months after the shooting of the movie was completed. The movie was being editted when he passed away.
Heath Ledger has mentioned at one point that playing the very dark part of the Joker in the Batman series took an emotional toll on him. Due to this, he was heavily medicating himself to help deal, and an accidental overdose occurred.
Voted for: Heath Ledger When it comes to originality, Mark Hamill I'd also pick for performance in the majority in animations, but with Heath is the way he portrays is another instance, more humanly threatening in crime waves. He's much more dangerous even when he's sadly done so only once, the way he takes hits and how it pans out for his plans to make ends meet as the criminal mastermind who kills a lot. His Joker builds up a powerful threat that would do anything and manipulate others, even when looking like a smiling psychopath of sinister laughs.
He was interested in the script maybe? Ledger has said that he disliked 10 Things, mostly because it was a somewhat shallow teen movie with little opportunity for real character development. He also commented on how he hated his line that made a reference to "beer-flavored nipples." Anyway, he said he took the part because after he moved to LA, he had to start somewhere and this was his best offer. This said, I am personally a huge fan of 10 Things and think it is a brilliant teen film. Ledger used the fame and experience gained in 10 Things and tried to steer away from being typecast, landing his next big role opposite Mel Gibson in The Patriot.
