It is from a bizarre movie call "Vampire Diary" (not to be confused with the TV show 'Vampire Diaries') That clip on Chiller TV - "Live to the max, die to the max!" - drove me crazy for months and I couldn't find the answer either until today. The movie is odd but worth a watch.
