The Fly was made in 1958. It was followed by two sequels, Return of the Fly and Curse of the Fly. A remake that was also called The Fly was made in 1986. Its sequel was called The Fly II.
Psycho 2
The director plans to write and direct a sequel despite mixed reviews, but there is no 'release date' as of yet...I would like that, they could continue to follow the books (Kludd-Metal Beak/Coryn-Nyroc...) that would be cool.I think that they should make a sequel to tell the story of the next 3 books. That would be good. If they kept making movies with, say about 3 books each movie, there would be 5 movies. But it would be awesome if they made another few movies so that the story continues and follows the story in the 15 books. I reccommend that you all read the books because I am and I just can't put them down!! They're so good!!
The sequel to the Friday the 13th remake/re-imagining is currently awaiting a script and green light. The filmmakers (Platinum Dunes) stated that if there's a popular enough demand they would consider bringing it back for a sequel. It looks like it's slated for a possible 2010 release. See related links for IMDb page.
There are no plans for another Freddy Krueger movie at the moment. The last movie was a remake and while it did well in theater it was panned by audience members afterwards. It seems like most people would not be interested in a sequel to a remake.
Like other horror movie remakes/reboots that were announced but never happened, Hellraiser, Child's Play & Scanners to name three in addition to another remake of Friday the 13th which has been cancelled twice, Leprechaun was no different. In 2012 a remake was announced, even a possible partnership with Chucky, but nothing ever came of that 'news' so unless something is officially announced, No there will not be a remake of Leprechaun.-While not a remake/reboot, a direct sequel to the 1993 original was announced by SyFy Channel titled Leprechaun Returns set for an airing sometime in 2019.
I hate to say this, but may be no. For movies to have a sequel, it should be a hit. However, Epic only gross $250M, ($350M atleast to guarantee a sequel for animated movies). I really like Epic. It is indeed epic, I don't know why some people don't like it, but for me it is finest animation since 2010 (year of great animation, e.g Toy Story 3, HTTYD). Maybe if Epic wins a oscars, then it will have a sequel
hopefully If they do make a sequel, it will most likely be on the 3ds and feature toon link again. Nintendo has only made a remake of a Zelda game on the 3ds so far, but the system needs a new game. I predict it will look like wind waker instead of being an over-head view like in phantom hourglass and spirit tracks.
Movies that kids would like that are in theaters right now are: The Adventures of Tin Tin, Alvin and the Chipmunks:Chipwrecked, and We Bought a Zoo
The first film was Aladdin. The sequel was The Return of Jafar. The sequel to the second film was Aladdin and the King of Thieves.and arabian curse or something like that
It has been stated that if the sequel ever does get made- it will more than likely not be like the original second movie because the remake for the first film was already set in the mentor's native homeland. So it will probably try to be more of an original idea.
CRYSTAL, as far as we know, WILL NOT BE COMING OUT FOR DS. Crystal was kind of a remake of both Gold and Silver versions. Like Platinum was a remake of both Diamond and Pearl. I would not exspect a remake of this game, sadly, because it is one of my favorites. Soulsilver (Silver remake) and HeartGold (Gold remake) will be coming out Spring 2010.
