Mainly your legs and arms because you use your arms to keep pulling the rains on a horse tight to make it stop and to make it run faster. Your using your legs to climp on and off the horse and they are apart when your actually sitting on thee horse. When the horse trotts, your legs move further backwards and your back moves further fowards. So mainly it's your arms, legs and back.
