opening doors
Porcelain.
Something attached to the door that resembles a bulb that can be grabbed. It is usually at around mid-height of an average person on the non-hinged side of the door used for pushing or pulling the door to open it. Often it contains a mechanism that extends a bolt into a recess of the frame in order to lock the door in place that can only be removed by twisting the knob. A secure knob requires a key to unlock the twist feature.
if the knob used to turn you headlights on is pulled to turn them on, try turning the knob counter-clock-wise and that should turn the gauge lights on and if you keep turning it it will turn the dome light on too.

No, copper is too soft and maleable to be used for something like a door know. The most common metal for doorknobs is brass which is an alloy of copper and zinc
turn the same dash knob used to set trip odometer, only don't push it in.
A dummy door knob is used on doors that need to look the same but do not need a functional lock. Double closet doors, sometimes one half of a double door.
fine adjustment knob.
I would say a new door due to the fact a used door has used parts inside it and could cause problems later on how ever if cost is an issue then i would go with the used door but would lubricate the window and door knob parts inside with a white grease that will help prevent problem later on.
fine adjustment knob.
This is the coarse adjustment knob. This should be used before the fine adjustment knob (the smaller knob) - which is for fine focusing.
