The Foo Fighters song 'Learn to Fly' is played while Murray flies his plane.
As for the songs Murray's dad sings...
The first one is an acoustic version of "Hey, Good Lookin'" by Hank Williams. The second is an acoustic version of "Cat's In the Cradle" by Harry Chapin.
If I'm Not by Danielle McKee
When Bradley died, there was only the usual title music used at the end of each episode.
Evey Reborn by Dario Marianelli's score for "V for Vendetta". They've used it sparingly, but in other episodes too. It is PERFECT background music for this (majestic) episode.
It is "Ace of Spades" by Motorhead.
There is at least one per episode. Here is a link to all the songs is scrubs, enjoy! http://scrubs.mopnt.com/music/?s=all

Some of the music used is from Bernard Hermann's score for "Vertigo". There is other music unconnected with this.
Mozart's Rondo Alla Turca (K 331)
Scrubs was filmed at the North Hollywood Medical Center. It used to be a real hospital but was decommissioned as such and used instead as a place where they filmed medical programs. It's located in the San Fernando region of Los Angeles.
It was used as part of the rave music mix in the episode 'Cherubim & Seraphim'.
