well, something has to be pushed by a constantly growing force. Constant acceleration would occur for example if you drop something in a vacuum. Dropping something in normal circumstances is a nearly constant acceleration too.

If an object falls with constant acceleration the velocity of the object must?

Changing at a constant rate equal to acceleration.

How are constant speed and constant acceleration different?

There is a huge difference between constant speed and constant acceleration. Constant speed is when the object is travelling constant, no change in its velocity and acceleration or in other words no extra force to speed up. Constant acceleration when the object is acceleration constant, it means that the speed of the object is change at the same rate each second. The acceleration rate at which the object is travelling is constant. for example, when a car is stationary at a traffic light and it starts acceleration, picking up speed but the rate of acceleration will not constant because the amount of force applied differs each second due to the acceleration rate.

What changes as an object moves with a constant acceleration?

During constant acceleration, either the object's speed changes at a constant rate, or the direction of its motion changes at a constant rate, or both.

What occurs when the objects free falls near earths surfaces?

Constant acceleration

Can an object traveling at constant velocity have acceleration?

No. An object traveling at a constant velocity is not accelerating.

What is constant for freely falling body?

Acceleration. A free-falling object falls at constant force, and thereby at constant acceleration.

He constant acceleration of an object moving in a circle is called?

centripetal acceleration

State whether there can be an object with a constant acceleration but with zero velocity?

yes, if it has a constant acceleration of 0m/s2

Which describes an object's velocity that changes by the same amount each second?

If the acceleration is constant, yes. However, the acceleration of an object can vary. The rate of change of acceleration is called jerk.

Object falls at a constant what?

Objects fall at a constant acceleration. For an object on the planet Earth, that acceleration is 9.8m/s^2, or 32ft/s^2.

Does an object experiencing a constant velocity have a zero or non-zero value for acceleration?

If an object is sustaining a constant velocity it has 0 acceleration, because acceleration is either increasing or decreasing speed.

When the acceleration of an object is zero what is the velocity at the same time?

As long as acceleration is zero, the object's velocity is constant.
