You cannot speak or say anything, especially if it gives away what you are trying to express. You can only use body and hand gestures and actions as clues.

For example, if you try to act out singing, do not say 'La la la!' Instead, try and put your left arm on your chest and your right arm outstretched (or vice versa if you are left-handed), opening your mouth wide as if singing one single Opera note.
