One cannot argue or tell what incarnation of God Hindus like the most. Most of Hindus when pray just call 'God' & not by name of incarnation whose statue they are standing against.
No your mistaken only christians call there god the messiah.
Hindus call their main god as Brahman. However, Brahman is an ideal god and not a practical god. It is beyond the comprehension of practically all Hindus. Thus, it is like the pole star or sun, which indicate the direction to travelers. For practical purposes Hindus consider either Vishnu or Shiva as their main god.
It is just a regular god, and his name is ganesha. He is the patron of schools and letters
The "Hindus" (not a name they necessarily call themselves) call their religion Sanatana Dharma.
Hindus call it Bhagvad Gita
Yes they do. Hindus believe in multiple gods such as a water god, a family god, etc.
Muslims call their god, Allah (The Arabic name for God).
no
The question is not correct. There is no separate God for each religion. God is One and He is common for all religions. The only difference is the name with which we call or pray God. Hindus call Him in different names according to their like Rama, Krishna, Srinivasa or Saibaba or Durga, Lakshmi or Saraswathi or Ganesa etc. There are still more names. But God is the same whether we call Him by this name or that name. For instance, a man is accosted as father by his son, dear by his wife, brother by his brothers or sisters, son by his parents. But the person is one only. The way to call him differs. Likewise Christians call Him as Jesus or Yehova and Muslims call Him as Allah. In fact there is absolutely no difference in God and He is the ONLY entity. nagarajan.
Hindus don't call themselves Hindus. They call themselves "Santana Dharma". The titles "Hindu" and "Hinduism", were first used by the Persians, because they were on the opposite side of the Indus river.
The old go most often-sorry, but I'm not sure when.
