i love them both but the one that is notpicked will be her middle name so basicaly its out of;

I like both combinations that you have listed, but I slightly prefer Lilly Paris, just because it seems to flow better than Paris Lilly.

I would probably pick Paris than, Lilly and its variants are really popular right now.
