The Lord's supper
Catholic answer: The Mass
Mass is another name for the celebration of the Eucharist
Holy Orders and Matrimony are sacramental acts that are often combined with a celebration of the Eucharist (Communion). The Eucharist, however, is separate from those two rites.
The Eucharist is Holy Communion. Communion means a coming together in celebration with each other and Jesus Christ. Eucharist is in "remembrance of" Christ.

Holy Communion / the Eucharist was the ceremony instituted by Jesus at the Last Supper, as recorded in Mark 14:22-24: Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take it; this is my body." Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, and they all drank from it. "This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many," he said.
