as many may think and swear by geneology it is in no way possible to actually find the exact time line or start of ones name and country or origin. with adoptions, cheating spouses, single moms that gave their child their last name instead of the fathers. a child who later find out his father wasnt really hsi true follow etc. with all the lies and mixups in the world since the start of partially documented origins everything has become tangled along the way. there are ways to find variations of your name of how it used to be hundres if not thousands of years ago. but who is to say that isn't even really close to your actual family line? people change their last names all the time also. im sorry to say but honestly with your name and even with my name...someone a couple hundred years ago could have literally sat in house and said i think today i want my name to be nelson. and that changed his whole life and everything that was to follow from his life passed on through the generations. no matter what anyone claims there is no way to track back before when the government actually started to record things like that and still that wasnt all that long ago. also if you didnt know they had surnames and then started making variations of those along the years. so again if someone had an original surname of nelpsan and one day said i think i am going to be nelson from now on it would have never been documented and you would never know your origin. the only way to follow back to the first is obviously if youe believe God's Word in The Bible which would start with Adam and Eve. After the first few chapters in the Bible that list a small time line of births which was thousands of years ago there is nothing after that.
