"Dumbledore's Army" appears mainly (and is first mentioned) in Harry Potter 5, the Order of the Phoenix.

Zacharias Smith, a Hufflepuff student in the same year as Harry Potter. He was a member of Dumbledore's Army and was strongly disliked by the trio.

Their is no Harry Potter and the DA. DA is a term used by some of Harry's classmates to refer to Dumbledore's Army, the secret organization, run by Harry to teach the students Defence Against the Dark Arts. This club is formed in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Harry is 15 in this book/movie and therefor to young to get married even if he wanted to at the time.

Speaking on the red carpert (to Edith Bowman) for the 7th installment of Harry Potter, Paije Richardson confirmed that he was indeed in Harry Potter (from the fifth film onwards). He is one of the extras in the background. You can see him in Dumbledore's Army when Hermione casts a spell on Ron.
The secret club which Harry Potter creates is called the DA which originally stands for: the Dark arts Association but is changed to: Dumbledore's Army. This is why when the list of the people who where in the club gets found by Fudge, Dumbledore, unsuccessfully, gets arrested for the creation instead of Harry.
The Tales of Beedle the Bard was released on December 4, 2008. It is not a book about the adventures of Harry Potter, but it was part of the plot in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It included several fairy tale style short stories.The last book in the main series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was released in 2007.
Dobby the house-elf told Harry Potter about it and said it was the perfect place for Harry Potter to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts to the DA group (Dumbledore's Army).
