Under the hood in the fuse/relay center.
There isn't a separate fuse for the cruise. It is powered by the engine computer. If the engine runs, the fuse is ok.
There is no interior fuse panel. The panel is in the engine compartment behind the airfilter
The fuel pump relay is located in the rear fuse block. Open the trunk and look in the drivers side rear quarter area, the rear fuse block may be behind a panel. The relay would be number 37 and the fuel pump fuse is number 25.
A 2005 PT Cruiser does have a fuel pump relay. They have a fuel pump relay rather than a fuel pump switch. The fuel pump relay is located in the fuse box.
